Sessions are £65 per 50-minute session.
I also offer a limited number of reduced-fee places for people on limited incomes and counsellors in training, as part of my commitment to accessibility and inclusion.
Yes. I offer online counselling across the UK, which can be helpful if you prefer to meet from home or are unable to attend in person.
Yes. I offer in-person counselling in Birmingham/Wednesbury, supporting adults with issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, recovery, grief, burnout and relationship difficulties.
Indeed. I also offer in-person counselling in Lichfield, as well as online counselling across the UK.
No. Although much of this website speaks directly to men, I welcome adults of all genders who feel my approach may be the right fit for them.
Yes. I work with men who are sober or stabilised in recovery and ready to engage safely in counselling. This might include support with shame, anxiety, relapse fears, relationships, identity, confidence and life after addiction.
Not at this stage. If you are currently in active addiction, your safety is the priority and specialist stabilisation support may be more appropriate first.
Once you have reached a level of stability where counselling feels safe and manageable, I would be pleased to support you in understanding your experiences, strengthening your recovery and moving towards the life you want to build.
